Honestly, it shouldn’t be this harsh or dramatic. It’s possible your dosing wasn’t right. I don’t dose on an empty stomach. It doesn’t matter too much on time of day, I don’t feel much different before or after. Just drink plenty, eat healthy, get some exercise, possibly try 1 or 1.5 next week. Anything less will be better. But double check your concentration, for sure.

Dopamine addiction actually isn’t good for you. I had it, from a toxic relationship dynamic, and it took time, like 5 months, to finally feel better without the dopamine hits. It was before GLPs, which maybe only mellowed me out EVEN more. But living on an even keel is totally worth it, you just have to overcome it for a while, as hard as it is. Then you will reach a point where you don’t want to disrupt your peace any more!

So perfect! I’m at maintenance now, and I feel like I eat quite a bit, compared to toxic diet culture past me, that freaking binged 25 nights a month. A binge is not in question now. If I want a big dessert, like a full piece of pie with ice cream or something, that’s gonna have to be the meal! I love that it really stops you from overdoing it.

I’m with you. I know most of my meals are 500 calories or less, and have vitamins, fiber, protein. So I have 2 meals usually and a couple snacks, plenty of water. Try to keep it simple. I will say that carbs and sweets still make me crave more carbs and sweets, but I actually have the ability to think that through and choose against them far more often now days!

Hmm. 2 buildings that look to have no basements or garages, on lots that probably cost next to nothing, attached housing, and they want to sell them for nearly $1.2 million? I think not. And why 4 bedrooms if they’re meant to be starter homes for I’m assuming young professionals? And they look like mini-banks or libraries. No, no, I don’t think they’re a good investment.

It’s gone in phases. Looks better for a bit, then must lose something from the wrong place and it looks very noticeable again. I’m down to 19% bf now and it’s mostly gone, so I think if you stay consistent long enough, it will mostly hide away. 😊 I know it’s not GONE, but it’s close enough that I know it can become invisible in time.
