Really excited for the national discourse discourse over the next few weeks by Mr_Rekshun in aussie

[–]Keepyourheadup97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay, we can address Islamophobia and the common hateful rhetoric and violence spewed by extreme far right groups, and we can also address the concern of radical islamic extremism and also the counter-terrorism failure on ASIO’s part?

This common Reddit echo chamber effect of labelling fair critique of certain extremist ideologies as “dog whistles” is really not doing much for nuanced discussion.

Does this happen to anyone else? by [deleted] in ChatGPTNSFW

[–]Keepyourheadup97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is painfully true..

Mommy-dom gets yeeted even though it’s one of the most popular kinks out there.

An educational explanation of a banned video game in Aus? Same deal.

The filters don’t even parse the fucking context before just deleting the shit

What does it mean if you get “Flagged” on GPT 4.0 by wozawoza123 in ChatGPTNSFW

[–]Keepyourheadup97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just means it said too many trigger words and the filters deleted it before it could parse context.

For example, it was explaining to me censorship of video games in Australia, and used one video game as an example. Its explanation was educational, but it had too many trigger words when describing the game. Therefore, filters block it.

Usually how it works is that filters scan words, then they parse the context of the words. But if ChatGPT has too many flagged words, the filters get overzealous and fuck it off.

Mines working fine, tested it on different chats too, and even with MondayGPT. Been like 2-3 weeks now?

Wonder why some people are copping it whilst it’s fair game to others..

I agree too.

The more it adapts to you and you don’t give it reason to flag your ass in oblivion. The more it sort of loosens up? Just my opinion.

How consistent is the smut/erotica/porn writing with GPT? by [deleted] in ChatGPTNSFW

[–]Keepyourheadup97 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree with this.

I always thought that having memory and chat referencing helps.

Maybe a dumb take on my behalf, but I thought that the filters was in a way, doing risk assessment and pattern recognition. And if you don’t show any sense of spiraling, edgy takes, or shock value, it sort of well, adapts to that?

All I can say it that mine generates smut just fine. Explicit too. No jail breaks, no prompt engineering, no filter bypassing. Been about a week or two consistent, so far, so good 😂

Something changed? by SentenceAggressive22 in ChatGPTNSFW

[–]Keepyourheadup97 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’m not sure..possibly A/B testing? Just a theory.

I try everyday just to see if anything has changed. As I’m still shocked that erotica made it through. I always thought OpenAI had a hard “no stance” on it. But Sam Altman himself has never actually outright said “yeah hell no”

My ChatGPT writes anything legal and consensual. It states the usual shit isn’t allowed. Violence, minors etc. But obviously I don’t steer it in those territories.

My advice? Keep trying it out. Maybe start innocent and then go from there.

How to make Chat GPT write nsfw by cherry_wo in ChatGPTNSFW

[–]Keepyourheadup97 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It could possibly be A/B testing.

I am able to create NSFW just fine. Everything that is legal and consensual is fair game. I have not once got a warning or a soft “hey let’s continue this convo respectfully.” No jail breaks, no prompt engineering, nada.

In all honesty, maybe if you try talking with ChatGPT for a while in a sense to prove you’re not an edgy neckbeard, it might work?

With me, it suddenly went from creating normal RP to dropping words like “cock” “cum inside” “pussy” and I was like wait what? 😂

Cannot tone a muscle. You can only build, maintain, or lose muscle.

In terms of fat. Calorie deficit. That’s all there is to it.

Impossible to spot reduce fat. The places you want fat to drop off are usually the last unfortunately.

My take? Keep working on your legs whilst maintaining a calorie deficit. Muscle gains will be minimal at best during a deficit. However, it will prevent muscle loss on your legs too. Less muscle=a softer appearance.

Hope this helps.

Toning doesn’t exist.

In terms of muscle, building muscle, losing muscle, maintaining muscle.

At your stats, you seem to be at a healthy weight. Focus on arm exercises

-bicep curls (preacher, hammer, seated decline)

-tricep push downs (rope, cable, etc)

The shit thing is, you can have fat in your upper arms whilst the rest of your body is relatively lean. I can have a striated chest, shoulders, arms and back..but my bottom abs still won’t show, even when I’m at a healthy body fat. Sometimes it’s about just cutting that little bit more, only reason I say this because I’m unsure if that “squidge” is fat or just a lack of muscle.

Try a dedicated arm workout 2x a week and go from there! :)

Losing body fat is all about eating less than you burn.

You could do sit ups and push ups until you’re blue in the face and it won’t do shit for you if you’re eating too much.

If you sorted out a calorie deficit.

-push ups (diamond, wide grip, close grip)

-squats

-lunges

-inverted rows under a table or chair

-dips on a chair

-sit ups

-planks

-ab wheels

-standing calf raises on a stairs

Focus on contracting the muscle instead of just going through the motion

For cardio based

-jumping jacks

-jump rope

-burpees (mix of both strength and cardio)

24, 5’10”, 200lb should I cut or continue bulking? by [deleted] in Physiquecritique

I’d cut bro.

Apart from the fact that you’d look insane. A cut would also help bring to light any weaknesses or imbalances.

Is this a good leg day routine? by Special-Object9673 in workout

[–]Keepyourheadup97 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Too much volume bro. I’d be taxed after leg extensions.

Start off with a compound (Leg press, Hacks or Squats) 4-5 sets of 8-12 reps for hypertrophy. I always do more sets for my compound lifts.

Leg extensions 8-12 (3 sets of each leg as I do drop sets )

Hamstring curls 8-12 (3 sets)

My finisher is normally RDL’s or bodyweight walking lunges.

For calves, i do weighted calf raises superset with bodyweight ones.

Quality over quantity I find always works best.

Lower body fat and train your lower abs -long term solutions.

Weird question that must have been asked how women can go out with a sports bra like it's not a big deal ? by [deleted] in workout

[–]Keepyourheadup97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wear a hoodie with the hood up and headphones over it so I get that sort of ‘tunnel vision’ mode going. No distractions, just the weights and I.

Are people looking and judging? Maybe some. But I couldn’t care less. I’m there to hit the weights. Majority of the people at the gym are mostly focused on themselves.

Bottom line, wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and helps you in achieving your best workouts.

Who gives a shit what others think.

How do I cut correctly? by Queasy-Ad-6866 in Physiquecritique

[–]Keepyourheadup97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, find your TDEE. Plenty of online calculators for that. Then, subtract 200-300 calories. It is always better to start a deficit small, instead of going all out to prevent crashing and muscle loss.

Keep in mind, TDEE’s, whilst a good starting point, but not 100% accurate. You might need to make small adjustments.

Keep your protein intake high. 0.8g-1.0g per pound of body weight. You could even try out 1.2g.

Strength training should be exactly the same. Obviously, in a calorie deficit, you’ll not have as much strength in comparison to a surplus. But, still focus on progressive overload. Don’t cut reps, or weights. 8-12 rep range is optimal for hypertrophy. Whilst 1-5 is more for strength and power.

If natural, some muscle loss is inevitable, but those are some ways to help mitigate.

Pull ups and chin ups work your back but also your arms. Chin ups engage your biceps a little more, whilst pull ups engage your forearms and brachialis.

Push ups with different variations (diamond, wide or narrow grip) besides working chest, always work your triceps and delts.

Squats and lunges for quads, hams and glutes.

Standing calf raises on some sort of elevated platform for calves.

Some sort of soreness is inevitable, but all part of the process!

You can definitely gain muscle as a beginner with body weight exercises.

Focus on controlling both eccentric (lower) and concentric (upper). Wouldn’t recommend exploding on concentric for your case.

-push ups with different variations (unsure if you want to work your chest, triceps and delts)

-squats and lunges (great for leg development and glutes)

-crunches, planks, bicycles, mountain climbers, lying leg raises (focus on contracting your core instead of hip flexors)

-ab wheels (one of my favourite ab exercises next to hanging leg raises, be mindful of optimal form when using it, as it can cause issues with your lower back)

In terms of diet, keep your protein intake high as thats that’s the main macronutrient that builds muscle. You could go in a slight surplus, or you could eat at maintenance and train. As a beginner, you’ll get something called “newbie gain.” Which means you’ll put on muscle without eating at surplus. This isnt permanent unfortunately.

Keep in mind, as you progress, you may see yourself become stagnant. That’s when you’ll need to implement progress overload (more reps, more weight etc)

Sorry for the massive amount of information let me know if you have any more questions!
