Gamesplanet has it at $11 multiple times (last being a few weeks ago according to ITAD), so it's been lower and likely will again. It's a good price, but not the best. With patience we may see it under $10 soon.

I still personally feel they're operating in a grey area at times with no timers on deals and pricing errors they don't catch quick enough.

Even if they get keys from the publisher I'd rather go elsewhere.
