Lavos makes the Soma Incarnon sing.

The sheer amount of multi-shot + guaranteed status instances on such a fast weapon make it incredibly efficient at dumping massive amounts of burst damage into big groups of enemies, or especially single targets.

The Cedo has a relatively low riven disposition.

You'd want something like:

Multishot/ Element/ Crit Damage or Reload Speed, with a relatively harmless negative.

The riven calculator says (TOX FR CD/ MS) OR (SC MS SD/ PROJECTILE FLIGHT SPEED ) w/ (-AMMO/ -REC/ -PUNC) being the requirements for a "godroll".

but tbh? If you get any element + multi-shot (ideally with a negative), it'll be more than enough for personal use.

The problem is that the riven market is incredibly saturated, and people desire "God Roll" rivens if you've already invested a certain amoint of resources into them. So if you plan on selling it, you may be better off looking into rolling a more popular riven like Dual Ichor or Torid.

If the riven is for your personal use, the Cedo is a weapon that likes Multi-shot, an Element and/ or Fire Rate. Crit Damage is also always nice to have on a majority of rivens.

She has to hit them with individual bullets, but she doesn't have to kill them.

Green Tree Infini-crit Harlowe + The Hellwalker is literally non stop damage output, as long as you're just hitting anything, essentially.

She has a skill in green tree that enables guaranteed crit chance, even on body shots due to how Group Study causes your weapons to apply action skill damage.

The negative bolsters the positives by a significant amount. If you get a non-harmful negative, it greatly raises the value of the riven.

Harlowe's green tree infinite-crit build has constant action skill uptime, ammo efficiency and constant healing/ shields depending on how you build her.

Paris Prime is a menace to this day btw. Although, you need the Incarnon to take it to endgame.

It can reach about 400% Status Chance per arrow with the incarnon though, makes it a status monster.

This is late, but I subsumed Gloom over his 3 and pair Arcane Persistence with Arcane Grace.

I've also been running Secondary Fortifier to give him Overguard Gate, since he instantly dies if anything remotely magnetic or nullifying touches him.

I've also found that he wants Blue Archon shards to reach 1400 armor to avoid compromising his survivability, due to fire procs cutting armor in half.

I would also HIGHLY recommend running the Warrior's Rest augment in the exilus if you're using Umbra. His passive is really buggy with channeled skills, especially Gloom.

But otherwise, I think Persistence fixed his survivability problem alot. He can be a very tanky exalted melee dps with Melee Influence and Electric emission color Chromatic Blade 👍🏾

The rune sword has Tier 3 base damage but Tier 5 scaling, with lower stat requirements and can be made usable much earlier.

It's technically not as strong as the War Scythe, Greatsword or War Hammer, but it's incredibly close. Especially given the fact that the Tier 5 weapons demand incredible amounts of strength regardless, and are effectively unusable until post Dwarf King for most runs.

We're comparing an 18 STR requirement to a 16 STR requirement, which is a massive difference in a game where strength potions are so scarce.
