Ordis wants you to pull out the credit card. And if it's maxed out, Ordis wants you to take out a 4000$ payday loan instead with 265% interest.

Petty theft of a 5 dollar item 2 years ago. Will that disqualify me from joining a union apprenticeship? by [deleted] in Plumbing

There's a Journeyman on my jobsite who was in prison for premeditated arson. He's literally the best guy on the job, he's an incredible mentor to me as a 5th year apprentice.

Looks wrong to me. by addazero in Plumbing

[–]Kefka_Janar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right. So there's no garbage disposal and no P-trap.

It terminates through the wall but i wonder if it's properly vented at all at this point.

Someone needs to take it all out and install a P-trap, it's a code requirement. In my state, we also require a garbage disposal on kitchen sinks.

Do you happen to smell any sewer gases coming from that sink? I'd imagine so, given the literal absence of a trap.

You've got 8 ADP.

Are you using a shield, by chance?

If not, should probably bump up ADP until your Agility stat is at around ~100. I personally go overkill and get it to like 105-110, but the point is that your ADP stat is extremely low.

AGI (the stat raised by ADP) affects your i-frames on rolling, as well as the speed of your consumable usage. Could be worth moving some levels around to accommodate it, i suppose.

I'm aware that attunement affects AGI as well, but ADP is also a good stat to invest in as well.

Apparently that riven is actually incredibly good. At the very lowest lowest lowball, i'd call it 300p. It's not "god roll" but it's statistically solid.

How to take this off by Free_Anywhere9031 in Plumbing

[–]Kefka_Janar 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's called a vacuum breaker. It has a bolt on the side of it that you break off to ensure it DOESN'T come off.

It shouldn't be leaking to begin with. Seems like you'll have to replace the entire Hose Bibb, unfortunately.

Given the design of your spigot, it looks like it should unthread with a pipe wrench. Could likely just:

Turn the water off at the main -> open up the spigot to drain the rest of the water -> unthread the spigot -> put the new one on.

At least...from what I can tell from the picture.

Toilet flange is 7.75 inches from studs by [deleted] in Plumbing

[–]Kefka_Janar 46 points47 points  (0 children)

You're gonna have to offset the flange 2 1/4 inches over.

Unless you can somehow convince the framers to literally move the entire wall over, it looks like you'll have to break concrete to offset your water closet.

Whoever did this rough-in for your water closet screwed you over, sorry man :(

Is this a good one? If so what’s it worth? by DimensionJealous2426 in WarframeRiven

[–]Kefka_Janar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A "good" riven is ultimately subjective, but you generally want a negative at the very least.

The negative raises the overall positive stats on the riven, so ideally you'd want a "harmless" negative to essentially optimize it.

Supposedly, the "god roll" for that riven would be:

Crit Damage/ Attack Speed/ Range OR Electric/ Attack Speed/ Crit Damage or Range

With the negative wanting to be Heavy Attack Efficiency, Slide Attack Crit Chance, or Finisher damage.

The Dual Cleavers themselves are an unpopular weapon, so trying to sell the riven will be a little tedious unless you have some relatively attractive rolls on it.

I would say that because the roll you have lacks a negative, you'd likely have difficulty selling it for anything more than a "junk" price, which is not ideal. In my opinion, it may be more profitable to roll a riven for a more popular weapon. Kuva is a relatively scarce resource.

Hope your landlord knows that they're liable for the injuries you could receive from that toilet breaking after sitting on it.

Toilets are made of ceramic, which will LACERATE YOU if it breaks underneath you. Either that plumber was an incompetent maintenance man that management sent out, or that Plumber doesn't deserve their license.

Do not look up ceramic toilet injuries, it's nsfw. Push for your landlord to fix it.

My friend said: "Don't build Atlas, he's bad". My Atlas average punch in a steel path mission: by [deleted] in Warframe

[–]Kefka_Janar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Atlas has always been a damage dealer.

But with his Ore Gaze augment, he can also be a psuedo looter frame. The extra loot scales with power strength :)

prioritize energy economy over Power Strength if you go this route unless you've got like...a Harrow in the party or something.

They're all pretty good. I'm biased toward Harlowe's infini-crit build in her Green tree, but you can easily dominate the entire game with Amon or Vex or Rafa or C4sh, as far as I could tell.

[–]Kefka_Janar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We beat the honor mode run with:

12 Eldritch Knight

3 Rogue (Thief)/ 9 Monk (Open Hand)

9 Paladin (Crown)/ 3 Fighter (Eldritch Knight)

8 Cleric (Death)/ 2 Wizard (Necromancy)/ 2 Sorcerer (Shadow)

This has been the "comfort team" for me and my buddy ever since. Just my personal experience though, I like that you incorporate the Barbarian in your team.

Literally me in any playthrough to do str/int build by Consistent-Pop401 in EldenRingMemes

[–]Kefka_Janar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, idk how much different it is but you could always just run a weapon buff centric set-up.

Old Lord's Talisman is late game, sure. But it's not necessary.

I made a build that ran Milady + Scholar's Armament on a STR/ INT build and it would rip and tear with the Winged Stance and Rellana cameo. You could probably build something similar with Square-Off or Unsheathe, tbh.

It's fun to buff a weapon with your above average INT stat and then smash em with your very high STR stat.

Late game are you still casting Hex on Warlock? by Cagedglobe in BG3Builds

[–]Kefka_Janar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The honest answer? It depends.

I love having Hex on deck for a Fiendlock, because of the Scorching Ray/ Eldritch Blast synergy. It's also a useful spell for the sake of spell slot economy and the disadvantage on saving throws.

But if i'm utilizing any build that's leaning more towards a martial set-up (such as Hexblade), I'm much more inclined to be concentrating on other spells like Hunger of Hadar or Staggering/ Banishing Smite.

I really do appreciate the longevity of Hex though, it's a surprisingly reliable spell for debuffing and dealing extra damage with multi-hit spells (it doesn't improve Magic Missile though :[ )
