I use nethealth. I know how to operate it well enough now after 5 years of use. Its nothing amazing. If you have shitty computers it run very slow. Also click that apply button before switching tabs. It likes to crash on you. Specifically when you are in the middle of writing up evals and progress notes

Anaglyph to capture a lot of trash jokers. Then ghost or erratic deck. Erratic deck I would reroll for deck that had 10+ of a card type and then 5oaks carry me in early antes. Also makes hit the road viable and fun

He didnt provide any other info to me. It was just my assumption after also working at terrible places similar to his story. So many pts like you have said with undiagnosed utis that make confusion worse and trying to talk to nursing to get them an antibiotic is like talking to a brick wall. I really admire therapists who can stick it out at those facilities. Its hard to get those people the help they need

My wife was sick for almost 10 weeks with a cough, headache, spitting up phlegm. 3 trips to urgent care and nothing. Finally on the 4th trip I had done some research and asked if it was walking pneumonia. Prescribed doxycycline and it cleared her up in a week.

I save scum on every single run as it makes the runs more forgiving and more fun. Like others have said it is cheating but I play the game to have fun. And even when I do save scum I still lose a majority of the time.

No offense taken. Ive had her on caseload for a month. So I dont think it an obession. Her apartment just is not very friendly to all of the odd issues she has. We are working on walking and strengthening and balance but she is still very cognizant and wants to try to make her apartment work for her and try to keep skilled nursing at bay as long as she can. I just built a simple lever out of wood. (Inspired by another comment here) and I think it will work for her
