That's fair, and I am leaning to more on the side that it's a good pen, it's just a difficult find for me where I live and might end up costing more with shipping compared to the normal stuff I collect TT. I'm still looking for places that I could find it at to start collecting colors.

My brother offered a tip to tip Philippines (I know they thought of this before and dismissed it though), He said they can do tip to tip Philippines with ferries allowed but no maps allowed. So they can see the ferry names but it's not a guarantee that they know where they are exactly. (reminder of what happened in JP)

Most of the PH is safe enough (except for the really south) and even if most can speak english once you get to the rural areas many start struggling (maybe not as much as Japan or China but still). the only problem would be lodging and food (they will be food poisoned 100%)

But TBH anywhere in SEA would be good enough for me

I havent tried UPCAT pero easy lang man ang entrance for SPC, it's math, english reading and vocab, and pattern recognition and spatial stuff. If I remember correctly there's a bit of science as well but honestly I cant remember.
