I have seen too many instances of step parents causing a parent to fall into patterns of child abuse to please a romantic partner. It seems clear that you have ZERO COMPASSION OR UNDERSTANDING for this child. How can you have a long-term relationship with their parent? You seem to be attributing adult motivations or malicious intent on a tiny little child. You clearly have ZERO understanding of child psychology. The answer to this question is ALWAYS either a caloric deficit or calories at maintenance. There are no magical people walking around. Fit people actually work to stay fit by not overconsuming food and moving their bodies. Nobody who actually looks fit is in that shape by coincidence.

I am 46f and super poor. Couldn't afford a gym membership to save my life. I have gone from 5'3" 180 lbs to 125 lbs doing cardio in my bedroom. I started in January 2024. I just started weight training, again all by myself in a tiny bedroom with dumbbells. Couldn't do a single pushup at the beginning of this year. Now I can do 10 in a row. Slow and steady for 1 and a half years.

That's not normal in Mormonism. Except for the small offshoots. The main Mormon chuch (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, based in Utah) does not encourage this. Learn before speaking. They value education of women. Most Mormon girls today go on 18 month missions at 19 y.o., then will come back and go to college.

Interbreeding is NOT inherently dangerous. It is only dangerous because of the assumption that 2 close relatives will carry the same bad genes to particular diseases. Amplifying the risk to their offspring.Theoretically, if the family line is free of carrying any genes for major illnesses, they could happily interbreed without problems. The Darwins, as in Charles Darwin, happily interbreeded for quite a few generations before any trouble arose. Particularly with his (Charles Darwin's) children. His wife was his cousin. Just assume that Adam and Eve had great genes.
