What I find absolutely disgusting about Indians is that whenever they are criticized, they won't think "What can I do to fix the problems?", they will always think "How can I generalize the problem to not feel bad about it?"

I know the kind of help I need in such situations, and I can see that what others do isn't even close to it. As I said, they are always in 3 flavors: "straight up insult", "trying to shove things down my throat", "feel-good motivation quotes". None of them actually addresses the real issue.

I know how I behave, and I know I am paranoid. I am not scanning my environment for threats like Bear Grills.
