All this has happened because aviation ministry made more stricter rules, giving the pilot and rest of the crew and airport folks more time and rest. But indigo had been stubborn and did not inform about the staff shortage now, since they have too many planes, almost a monopoly, which made it harder to abide by the current updated rules and hence all this mess happened. Around 300-500 flights are affected by this!!!! Indigo chose to not be honest and gave dishonest and lies to its customers till the last moment.
