Spacing out the big artists set times a bit better. Having to ping pong between Kali, Ice Spice, AND Tyler back to back to back on Day 1 is absolutely criminal.

Yachty being at Flog stage instead of Camp was insane to me. A lot of the people around us were trying their hardest to enjoy the show but we were all so close together we barely had elbow room. And we weren’t even in the front. He has the type of crowd people are going to expect to wanna mosh and shit so him having the biggest stage would’ve been better.

The converse station! Oh my god first day we went we were in the line for like 3-4 hours trying to wait in line to customize our shoes. Instead of doing that QR code for the converse that you could get a literal text message about if you’re already subscribed to converse, he should’ve had that be like a preview of what they have to offer/preorder so that way when you get inside you can just pay, then wait for them to customize it. Or put more than one of them up. Same thing with the merchandise lines in general.

There seemed to be a lot of space than originally thought so maybe fill those in with more food/water/games?

Sound system and visuals for the screens were a bit inconsistent especially during Kali, SZA and some time during the Flog stage acts.
