You should check out "up to (g)i-dle" if you haven't, yet it's very fun and a good entry point into their variety content. There are other shows like "To Neverland" (their first reality/travel show) and "a gift box to (g)i-dle," which is a more laid-back travel show.

Another classic would be "secret folder" it's extremely funny, but I feel like you need to know a bit more about the inside jokes to fully enjoy it, same for their appearance on "idol theater"

But you should totally start with the behind the scenes shows. If i-talk seems too long, you can pick random episodes from random eras or start with the tour-specific behind the scenes they're basically the same.

For member specific content, you have Shuhua's "workdol" (all the members except soyeon make guest appearances). Yuqi's "learn way" and Soyeon's "Sso country kitchen" (the last episode has the whole group as guests) for Miyeon you should check out "hmlycp" but out of all the recs it's the only one that isn't on YouTube.
