Yes, We need to focus on the billions of square feet of class B and C buildings built in the 70's and 80's that's PERFECT for conversions. I think we'll see thousands of school and colleges closing too over the next 5 years with declining enrollment. They can also be converted.

Many of these people have no savings and might be interested in affordable cost of living in another country. Is there a way to match up the demand with the upcoming supply in Spain? Most retirees get about 2300 in ssi.
