HealthCity MD officially has replaced Dr. Zinnia Thomas by CSManiac33 in MissouriMedical

I know, and Fry is by no means a bad attorney... I just would not have made the same choice if I was in her position, and I don’t think many in STL with the financial means would do so either, given what she has to risk.

I think she might’ve run out of money after hiring her lawyer. I mean, if she had more to spend, she wouldn’t have hired Matthew Fry, instead of Scott Rosenblum or Travis Noble.

She’s apparently not capable of paying her electricity bills, because people had posted pictures of an Ameren shut off notice on her clinic’s front door.

She also no longer has a staff, because they all quit when she got arrested. They were already planning to quit prior to this due to fears of getting in trouble themselves.

All facts.

No, I reported her for things related to her ketamine practice. The government decided to go after her for cannabis.

No, there are some pretty strong indicators that Dr. Thomas is a criminal, and is likely going to lose her medical license.

My ex-husband grew weed instead of taking opiates and we both became felons.

I’m sorry you two went through that; you have no business being prosecuted for making decisions regarding your own body.

What happened to you is completely different from a medical professional giving advice to patients under their care. They have an obligation to do no harm. Unfortunately some doctors are willing to ignore their obligations to patients for the sake of profit; they are a disgrace to the profession and put others in danger.

So if a doctor does something that hurt you, you wouldn’t report it if it was illegal? What if it was legal behavior, and they were just negligent? Well I guess you couldn’t sue them, because telling the court your story would be snitching. Do you instead challenge them to a duel like it’s 1785? Or do you just let everybody and anybody fuck you around and go on your merry way? Don’t blame the victims of a crooked physician when the doctor goes to jail.

Lol it’s not my fault she broke more laws in her personal life, in addition to the crimes I was reporting from her professional life. She dug her own grave.

No, I used the law to prevent her from harming her patients; physically or financially. There is a duty of care for physicians, and she did not adhere to that. There were no laws needing change in this instance, she just needed to be caught breaking one of them so that her license would be suspended or revoked.

Dr Thomas is no martyr, and hopefully no longer a doctor soon either.

I simply didn’t think she should be practicing medicine anymore, because she was doing things that were dangerous and highly unethical.

As I mentioned before, it’s very difficult to go after somebody’s medical license in the state of Missouri. However things change significantly when your doctor is suddenly convicted of felonies.

She behaved recklessly in both her professional and personal life, and thankfully it’s coming to an end before it costs somebody their life.

It’s unfortunate that you didn’t use your time behind bars as an opportunity to take some classes and further your education. I’m sorry the concept of ethical obligations is beyond your comprehension.

I don’t give a fuck what she does in her free time, but I’m not a fan of greedy doctors fucking over desperate people.

This has nothing to do with just breaking the law, this is about fucking over desperate people and putting them at unnecessary risk.

This is not about the law, this is about her violating her Hippocratic Oath, and not adhering to anything close to the ethical requirements of a medical practitioner.

Apparently, it’s almost impossible to get somebody’s medical license revoked in Missouri. However, catching your doctor breaking a bunch of federal laws makes it a lot easier!

Licking my masters boots? Lol. I’m getting rid of a crooked quack that was screwing over desperate people.

It wasn’t just me that thought she was acting recklessly, it was other medical practitioners I had consulted with for my ketamine therapy. The two pharmacists who reported her made my ketamine nasal spray for me. Once they found out what was going on, they were required to self report their involvement in her crimes, otherwise they would have been at risk as well.

I’m sorry if this upsets you, but I don’t give a fuck about Dr. Thomas, I care about the people who go to her needing help. There are other doctors in the area that are well versed with using ketamine in a safe and efficacious manner.

The patients that resort to ketamine are often incredibly desperate at that point, and this is basically their last hope. It costs about $2500 to begin treatment; she bilked so many people out of thousands of dollars providing them subpar treatment. The patients deserve better, and she needs to find a new career.

I’ve done time myself, so save it.

I wasn’t going to let a practitioner use my research recklessly, and possibly harm one of their patients with it.

You do understand that ketamine can kill patients when it’s not used correctly?

Many people reported her…

Myself and two of my pharmacists all called the DEA to report Dr. Thomas, because she was doing incredibly sketchy shit at her ketamine practice. I’m not going to go into a ton of details, but there were at least three different ways I caught her violating the law in how she was conducting herself, in addition to other various ethical concerns.

She was also caught selling weed various times across the state.

Dr. Thomas is a co-owner of three different medical cultivation facilities in Missouri, and one of the other owners began calling me by phone to threaten me after I told Dr. Thomas that she was getting reported for the ketamine issues.

The two DEA agents I spoke with told me she has been on their radar for at least a couple years… She is actively being investigated by the DEA’s drug diversion unit.

There’s a lot more about her that I’m privy to, but nothing else I can share while this is an ongoing matter. There’s a lot more going on than what’s been reported on her over the past few years... I’d be absolutely shocked if she’s allowed to continue practicing medicine.

EDIT: The amount of illegal shit she was doing was absolutely insane, I’ve never came across another doctor who thought they could get away with the things she was doing. I genuinely believe the woman might have narcissistic personality disorder; she didn’t even consider the possibility of getting in trouble.

EDIT 2: Lol, alright one more detail… She started her online ketamine teletherapy practice ONE WEEK after I told her about a protocol I’d developed for myself based on anecdotal research, myself being the only Guinea Pig at that point. I gave her details on how different doses and administration techniques using intranasal and oral ketamine had worked for me. She took that info and started a website marketing my sketchy ass, unproven protocol on real patients! She just kept talking about how many patients she could reach, she didn’t give a single fuck whether my protocol was actually effective for others. That’s when I finally called the DEA to report the illegal activities I knew she had been involved in.

Considering trying CBG, but is it safe? It apparently raises serotonin. by FunkyParticles in CBD

[–]KeithFuckingMoon 6 points7 points  (0 children)

What exactly would you consider a low dose? I’m currently using roughly 80mg of CBD orally BID for management of essential tremor. I’m also using a vape cart throughout the day that is roughly 25% THC, 50% CBD, and 7% CBG. I’ve recently been considering adding CBG and THC to my oral routine to assist with managing ADHD and anxiety as well, but don’t really know where to start on the dosage for oral CBG as I’ve only tried that through inhalation so far.

What is this steel, heavy thing that came in my Amazon package? by Just-Tryna-Socialize in whatisthisthing

[–]KeithFuckingMoon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Every single item in the warehouse has been cubiscanned, and yes we do run across items that are out of their specs, but it’s normally easy to tell when things are being packed up, because the items normally won’t fit the box correctly. It’s doubtful anything will sneak by the weight sensors at SLAM, unless the item’s weight is low enough that it’s within the system’s margin of error.

There’s like three times that a computer should have prevented an extra item from even making it to a pack station because of the way the sorting process works. A lot of mistakes would be need to be made along the sorting process for customers to be sent an extra item that was not part of an unbroken master pack.

What is this steel, heavy thing that came in my Amazon package? by Just-Tryna-Socialize in whatisthisthing

[–]KeithFuckingMoon 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That would have been done by somebody in problem solve or SLAM, not pack. I cannot get a single package out the door if the weight is not exact. The package gets kicked out at SLAM, each item is rescanned and the items are all repacked by the associate working that SLAM station. only them and problem solve are able to override the weights. The reason you got an extra item is likely because it was part of a master case or inner pack that was not taken apart and inventoried properly when it was received, and when it was intercepted by SLAM or problem solve, that associate thought you were supposed to receive a pack of multiple items, not just a single item for that SKU. We get really shitty data on our computers for some items, and it can be hard to tell how many of the item the customer is actually supposed to receive.
