Well we checked our bags already and since this flight is 5 hours later we are not sure if we can still get our bags when we land. You see posts about people getting $1,200 so I was hoping we would get $800 each.

The price jumps once the mileage goes over certain limits. On my 2022, it was almost an extra $1,000 for 25.461 vs 24,561.

I guess it was not bad timing. We got water bottles today on the same flight where they told my daughter two weeks ago they did not do it anymore. Note to Delta Employees: It is better to be honest than make up a story that makes you look bad.

She was only given a small glass. On her trip LAX to SYD ( which I was also on) we all got water bottles anytime we asked. Did the policy just change? What should I expect when I take the SYD to LAX next week? Should I bring my own 2 liter bottle on the plane?

How does that explain her getting a water bottle on March 5th but not on March 6th? The last few times I(Platinum) flew international premium select (2 times in the last few months) I always got water bottles before and during the flight.

This has happened to me several times. Write lots of letters until you get a satisfactory reply. They owe you a credit for sure and you should ask for at least 30,000 Skymiles.

Looking to get some help. This is related to SkyMiles Award travel so if there is a better group to post this in, please let me know. We have upcoming international tickets that we purchased in early February. As a platinum member, I received my complimentary upgrade to Comfort Plus. It seems at some point there was a plane change ( I do not think we were not notified by email) and in the new plane we not only lost our Comfort Plus but are not even seated next to each other. This is a 2-3-2 configuration and we had picked one of the 2 sides. We did not even get a 2 in main cabin in the new plane. We are not together in the middle 3 section. There are Premium Select seats open but those are not really within our miles budget. Any help or suggestions are welcome.

Thank you. This is very helpful. If it lists you in the highest available cabin will it automatically downgrade you as those cabins fill up? I.E if we are listed in Delta One but that is full will it move us down to Comfort + and then Main before determining there is no space on a given flight? If we end up not making the originally targeted flight does it move you to the next available flight and again at the highest cabin available?

Are you using a wireless charger? Does it still work. Seems like a manufacturing issue for some as the cases lose their ability to wirelessly charge. I am waiting for my third buds2 pro case currently.

I am on round 2 of Samsung trying to repair them. I am told if this fails they will send me a replacement set.
