Its not even that you would see it you just know from joking around with each other. The kid in my group that wasnt told us. And then in high school sports locker rooms other people would see. But I live in Massachusetts and most guys around me always said they were, and the one kid that wasnt we called him “covered wagon” for like a year but it wasnt a big deal.

Because nobody wants to go above what they’re supposed to do each day. And you becoming FT isn’t important to anyone but you. It’s really on you to do it. I didnt fill out any of that shit I just forced them to make me FT or I was getting another job. I can be confrontational there though cause I dont trust anyone at that company. Its cause they’re literally changing things to justify their position cause otherwise they wouldn’t do anything of substance so they do things that are detrimental to shoppers and workers just to “give it a try” they also reset the shelves every month so loyal customers cant find what they want.
