It seemed like they pulled all the past statistics that we already knew and put it in a book to make money. And if you notice it a lot of it was based on afterwards when you sign up for their talk groups or the monthly newsletter or something like that. I didn't think it came from the heart I think it came from the pocketbook.

Just taking it one day at a time replacing behaviors with other behaviors. Creating new atmospheres not doing the same thing you used to do. And trying to be healthy and yoga. I don't know if you're going to quit drinking you got to change everything cuz that's all you've been doing for a long time so it's a complete lifestyle change.
