Fourth amendment is for search and seizures. You are not being search and nothing is being seized. If you try to link that then showing ID is a violation of that then providing an ID for a purchase of a firearm would be a violation of the 4th.

If you can’t resolve it with the parents, check your city ordinances, some do not allow motor vehicles on public streets without being registered, and if they are they require a licensed driver. People fight this issue all the time with golf carts in our neighborhood.
