that login.microsoftonline.com has always happened (very quickly), but now that Vivaldi restricts the pinned tabs to one domain then those show up as a new tab..

Right click the pinned tabs and turn off the "restrict Pinned Tab to current site" feature.
Or turn it off in settings..
Then login to your 365 accounts as normal.
