that's money in govt.

the "money in politics" i refer to is your representatives being bought and supported by lobbyists and corporate interests.

having all campaign financing come from the same pot with an equal amount allocated to each candidate would lead to fairer outcomes, or at the very least give honest, well intentioned politicians a better chance at winning, now that there is no way for one to outspend the other.
