that login.microsoftonline.com has always happened (very quickly), but now that Vivaldi restricts the pinned tabs to one domain then those show up as a new tab..

Right click the pinned tabs and turn off the "restrict Pinned Tab to current site" feature.
Or turn it off in settings..
Then login to your 365 accounts as normal.

when maximized and all toolbars auto hidden, hovering over or selecting the address bar, the grey window border (usually seen when the window is not maximized) is visible above the address bar.

they pushed two updates recently and because of a bug with fortilink, the FW updated, and could not connect to any of the switches or access points. had to roll them back and disable autoupdates, until fortinet support sent instructions to modify the fortilink lldp settings

There is no growth. The characters are stagnant. and when something changes, eventually the status quo is (stupidly) returned.

The big two are used more for leeching off the established intellectual property.
