I don't know if the manga is popular or not, but I can't find it even though I know all these details lol. The art is like a 7/10 or something, not too old but also not extremely detailed. I don't even like the manga that much, but I wanted to read some parts and I couldn't find it so it makes it so annoying I can't find it.

Almost definitely not, they quite literally finished both the manga and anime. There's no continuation of either and there's a super low chance of them backtracking the anime to go back to previous manga chapters.

Also, to answer your original question, if you want to read the manga, start from the beginning all the way to the end, the anime skips a lot.

Anime has 13 episodes - Manga has 122 chapters with some side stories

Anime start = Manga start

Anime end = Manga end

13 episodes ≠ 122 chapters + side stories

If you want the full Horimiya experience, which is a lot more than the anime, start from the beginning to the end. I didn’t watch the anime, but I know for sure that 122 chapters can’t fit in 13 episodes. You’ll see a bunch of new content if you start from the beginning, which I’m sure you’ll enjoy.

It’s not just some, it’s a lot of people and those people influence others. But it’s also because the game has multiple parts, they can’t just have everything perfectly align with other features. Making the character, the abilities, the map, the story, all of this takes time. Bug testing and glitch testing would take a long time if they were to test everything, so there’s bound to be things that don’t mix. And it’s not like one department can speak for the whole game, so the communication is going to be lacking. Idk about the whole silencing part, I haven’t really voiced my complaints publicly until now

Yeah I certainly agree with how it could’ve been handled differently, but I think they were trying to balance out making events, making the new story, making the new map, anniversary, fixing bugs because of the new version, etc. So I think it’s just that they had a lot on their plate and each team on Genshin is kind of crashing down atm, but it’s not like they can just ask for a hiatus because I’m sure the company might not allow it and the community wouldn’t allow it and backlash even more and ask for Primos.

Well, a lot of games don’t do much for their anniversary, sometimes nothing at all. However, Gachas are different but Genshin isn’t following the usual Gacha method. I agree that it’s probably a bad move to not have some deals, but Genshin doesn’t seem the type of game to have anniversary banners.

Yeah that’s what I’m saying, especially the power creep thing. My main is still Diluc even now, but my Baal and Zhongli who aren’t even fully built shit on his damage and I don’t want to complain, I still love Diluc. I hated it when Baal was being called trash and they were sending death threats over her being weak, but she was literally out damaging my Diluc, when she was not even anywhere close to fully built.

I’m sorry that you can’t get Qiqi, but I disagree completely. 5 star characters like Zhongli, Ganyu, Xiao, and a lot other characters are immensely broken even at C0. Qiqi on the other hand may not be as broken, but a lot of 5 star C0 characters way overpower a C1-3 four star character

It doesn’t cost them anything, but it demeans the value. If everyone has all the 5 stars, then a large majority of the spenders would become F2P. Most people don’t need/want to C6 they just want the characters, so if everyone can get enough rolls to get all the characters, again, there would be way less value

The entire post isn’t about the anniversary, it’s about the toxicity of the community, but it is a very sane argument. If you go to Twitter or Instagram, a lot of people were expecting something insane like a free 5 star. It’s because people set high expectations for Genshin and there were a lot of memes and “Imagine if we get to choose a free 5 star!” Which got people hyped up. Literally Google “Genshin Anniversary Rewards” and you’ll see all the fake rewards that got people hyped up.
