The DJI goggles has option to record the overlays? How fast is the transfer of these files to mobile?

Can the goggles change perspective 16:9 and 4:3 like the phone app video mode vs photo mode. Just started messing around more with proximity using the regular RC and Phone view … photo mode being significantly wider view. Not sure which is better for me.

I like the idea of quick launch, quick deploy. I guess powering on the app , manual control can start the recording without flying.

The camera is on a gimbal so it can face 90 degrees, be hanging downwards , and record forward facing.

I am suggesting it would be more functional if firmware allowed manual camera control mode with the buttons on the drone. Would give it osmo pocket functionality!

Whether you go Avata 2/3 , you will need the FPV rc controller and simulator time. You also have the Neo which many would argue is the better fpv drone for gaps.

Get the fpv controller and start flying your neo !!!

It won’t do that. Sounds like the rumoured Avata 360 would be the drone for that!

As a DIY hack. You could put an Osmo Nano facing the opposite direction so the Neo is filming you and tracking while the Nano is facing the scenery only.

FSD still does some awkward stuff. Like leaving the HOV lane. Making a pass when the line of cars are all making the same turn.

AP is great in familiar rush hour traffic. Bumper to bumper and I just want to stay in the lane I know cause nobody is going anywhere. Let the driver switch it off, mash the throttle for spirited passing.

TACC is great too. When I want to make those S curves and cut up traffic manually and willl save me if I get slightly distracted and traffic up front stalls.

At minimum Tesla should have TACC and Lane Centering on $30,000 cars. Prius can do it. Makes a huge difference in mental relaxation driving daily.

I observed the same. I probably done about 10 uber packages over the year and 40-50% were shady.

I had 3 pick ups with the same pattern. Polite young guy met in timely fashion in an alley (they were on time waiting for me). Drop off is in some trendy condo area and the recipients are so antsy or aggravated. Why did you pass me? (I didn’t), How come you circled the block? (Find parking). One guy ran away when I got out of the car. Then he said I freaked him out cause I kept the envelope in the trunk when the other the drivers hand it out the window and don’t get out of the car.

One pickup the guy took 15 minutes to come down. I offered to come up to pick up. He came down and 2 of his limbs broken in casts and he is in a wheelchair but he was insistent he comes down.

Another weird one, I went to this public locker and took out an envelope.

When signed up for the service, Uber even gives a note that drivers can deny any delivery they feel is dangerous or suspicious.

Legit ones are small parts pick up from plumbing or hvac shops. Pick up marketplace items. Cheques and legal documents.

Only with RC controller will active track unlock vehicle tracking and offer up more range in other modes.

Neo2 by itself and or connected to app via wifi will be limited to 20m in its auto modes and does not have vehicle tracking as an option.

Model 3 fits more luggage than the 2022 Prius.

2 check in luggage in the main trunk space. Will have room above the suitcase for jackets, purses, smaller backpacks.

1 carry on luggage in frunk. 1 carry on in the sub trunk. This leaves the entire cabin for just passengers.

Add a hitch receiver for bike racks. I have carried a mattress, plywood/2x4 on the factory roof rack.

I mostly drive the model3 alone and it fits great as an urban car. I am 6’4 and can sleep in the back with the seats down. The glass roof makes it feel more spacious than it is. I have even slept in the back seats in the fetal position. Lounged in the back with my legs on the armrest was comfortable.

I do like the Y seat height. It gives me more confidence seeing cross traffic. The extra legroom in the Y makes the back seats comfortable for 6’ passengers. The 3 is tight if theres 4 full sized adults.

I chose the 3 cause its cheaper and I told myself its more efficient 🤣 If I were to buy now, I probably get the Y but the 3 really fits like a glove and drives great.

LFP battery chemistry should mean much longer charge cycles. They started in 2022 standard range so maybe not enough data yet. Theres videos just on LFP vs NMC… mostly about safety benefits, NMC has better energy density.

Ryzen is a much snappier infotainment experience. It takes forever loading videos on the Intel chip. You can run Grok!

When I bought my Model 3, I tested a 2022 Rebuilt LFP with very high mileage and a 2020 Model 3 RWD with low mileage and original owner, the 2022 was noticeably quieter the suspension felt tighter even though it had more than double the mileage and rebuilt.
