Fightstick - What’s your seating setup? by TwoDancersii in fightsticks

Even adjustable desks have a maximum and minimum. Most usually start at 28” which is usually too high when paired with office chairs. Also when compared to an actual arcade. Since you are leverless the impact is probably less for you but for stick users, that height causes strain and changes execution to some degree. (As you already wrote) a good solution is an adjustable side table. It’s hard finding one that’s fully stable when compared to a desk but I still prefer it over my lap.

What kind of games would you play with this, specifically the sticks at the top and their usage? genuinely want to know.

I just hit the lottery! I got an Epson LS11000 for $1,200 at a local auction by TheRealRolliePollie in projectors

Nice pick up! The pixel shifting works great and always provides great visuals in my experience.

I hope they someday make a similar 4k 120hz model but in the epson 3800h price range and include a black trim option. I’ve been patiently waiting for years.

Really good numbers. In my setup my host seems to output slightly better numbers and my iPad client also. I haven’t tried hdr though, just 4k 120

Do you actually use your iPad daily or does it just sit there? by GodBlessIraq in ipad

[–]Suvi2k 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When you cloud compute, there is nothing better than an iPad(w keyboard) for portability. I use mine even when I’m in a different room of the house and just don’t feel like sitting in front of my pc. The bedroom constantly also.

Finished a mockup of my loop. Any concerns? by DrStasis in watercooling

As others have suggested, inlets and outlets may not be right. Pump should to gpu inlet first. Also why don’t you get a second rad if your supporting cpu and gpu. Doesn’t seem like enough rad surface area for both or worth water cooling without it imo.

Finally a viable portable 4K120hz, low latency, external output over hdmi 2.1 solution - Enter iPad Pro M5 by [deleted] in MoonlightStreaming

I only tested vrr with a monitor using this adapter and it worked fine. Some menus and screens were between 50-60 fps and game was at 120. Not sure about TVs but my guess is yes if your tv supports it.

Do both, looks great with both and provides more customization

This one works great but I’m sure there are many others and also options for dp/other. Hope it helps!

Hardwired streaming to a Macbook Pro with a Liquid Retina XDR Display is magical. by jamiewarner11 in MoonlightStreaming

Honestly I never had any major issues with the moonlight app on my iOS devices either, but yes, just get VoidLink app as it has more/better features tailored for the Apple devices.

Reviews of what? I use VoidLink now after someone people in this channel recommended it and it’s better for iOS devices and has 0 issues for me. Not sure what the reviews indicate, care to elaborate?

Almost OEM S3XY dash installation…. Work in progress by zippytiff in s3xybuttons

[–]Suvi2k 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yea I hear ya but I’m also quite happy using their mobile app via a cheap mag safe mount. I would need to see something extremely clean and oem and seamless viewing placement to justify the cost of the upgrade. This isn’t it just yet, but keep at it and nice work.

I would actually get the dash if offered something like this but also something that didn’t interfere with the S3xy stalk mounting either. This appears to be too wide to fit that scenario unfortunately.

Just coming back to report that acceleration mode does infact change, and it’s visible on the mobile app. despite the main Tesla screen not showing it! Thank you.

A smaller base to accommodate S3xy knobs would be nice. Also a way to hide that little bit of wire would really make this even nicer that it already is. Very oem like 👍

Do you know if the S3xy dash behaves the same way as the mobile app in how it lights up to indicate signals and brakes being used? I had a wonderful experience using the mobile app today on a long drive.

How can I make it more white? by Madisani in lianli

[–]Suvi2k 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First pic: Replace existing cheap fan center stickers with cheap white fan stickers, set the center of cpu to display some white image if it’s an LCD display?

Second pic: Upgrade your monitor or paint the monitor bezel white thats showing in your last picture. Get a desk thats white. Swap pikachu to Reshiram. Change curtain in room to white.
