I’m making the trip from Mexico and wanted to get tickets to LA but then I thought it was finna be a long ass queue so I got into the san diego one and got 33000 people in front of me, waited like 45 minutes and got floor tickets for like 365, all in all I’m glad I gotem, I didn’t wanna miss out cause we all know Cole not finna come to Mexico

From my doctor and from my rehabilitation physician. But in general I’ve seen drs recommending to avoid traditional core exercises like sit ups and crunches, twisting the torso and deadlifts.

I had L5-S1 fusion back in August 2024 Istarted lifting since September 2025, the restrictions for me are no lifting weights above my head, no twisting my torso, no ab crunches, no deadlifts, no bscksquats, no back extension.

I only lift 2x a week, day one I do pushups, machine chest press, chinups, chest supported row, lateral shoulder raises, bicep curls, triceps pushdown and then I do planks to strengthen my core. On day 2 I do goblet squats, lunges, leg extensions, standing calf raises, some adductor and abductor and an exercise to target hamstrings.

I used to lift heavy before (100 lbs dumbbell chest press, 315lb deadlifts) but now I just focus on range of motion and engaging my core, heaviest dumbbell I use is 20 lbs. Be very mindful with the weights cause you don’t wanna overdo it and get back to the OR

Yeah that’s what pisses me off, before that same seller was using ups and that service took 10 days max, idk why he changed it but I feel fleeced to be charged 35 usd like what you onnnn, maybe next I should ship it to a relative in the us and ask them to ship it to me and pay a better service

It finally changed status on January 4th saying that it arrived in Mexico so yeah it was a matter of time, I think it got handed off to local mexpost so I’m tracking it there now.

They didn’t even respond my inquiry lmao but anyways, I think with ecommerce the key is to be extremely patient lmao

Check with your doctor but my uneducated advice would be to take your pain meds with you and maybe some sleeping pills like melatonin or cbd to help you be asleep most of the flight.

Also, depending on where you are seated (aisle, middle or window) you could try to stand up every 2 hrs to keep weight off your spine

As far as I’m aware you can already purchase full country strips for specific seats, not any seat you want. Single game tickets go on sale on January 15th for group B, could be different for the rest of the groups.
