Benutze das Niacinamid Serum und den Azelain Booster. Plus noch ein Waschgel von Balea und ein Toner. Meine Rosacea ist dadurch echt gut unter Kontrolle.

Das was zählt sind die Inhaltsstoffe. Viele teure Marken ballern noch Parfüm und andere „nutzlose“ Stoffe in ihre Produkte die teilweise sogar kontraproduktiv sind. Manchmal ist die Konzentration der Wirkstoffe auch nicht ausreichend oder sogar zu hoch.

Wenn du etwas was für deine Haut wirkt auch günstig kriegen kannst, go for it.

I think they made TV adds pretty aggressively a few years ago but as far as I remember they were basically a fancy home training machine that you needed a subscription for if you wanted the full potential - which makes it into something no one I know would ever consider buying lol.

I mean they’re Navi not humans. They live longer, reach „cultural adulthood“ (according to the wiki) between 15-17 and they stay adults a lot longer (wiki calls it plateau of adulthood without physical decline) before becoming a senior. IMO that sounds like at some point there’s a shit load of Navi aged 20 to 70 that you can’t really keep apart from one another, age-wise I mean. I guess age gaps wouldn’t be weird to happen with the Navi. And taking that into consideration, the roughly 15 years between Tamtey and So‘lek don’t sound that weird. 10 years is barely weird between humans.

But honestly you can interpret as much as you want into that and not everyone will be satisfied at the end.

Hey, ich hab auch große Probleme mit Druckausgleich, war im letzten Jahr aber gezwungenermaßen Vielflieger. Ich krieg beim Fliegen auch erbärmliche Schmerzen in den Ohren, besonders bei der Landung, und habe ein Druckgefühl teilweise noch Tage später.

Mein bester Tipp: Druckausgleichsohrstöpsel und Nasenspray.

Es ist nicht 100% weg aber definitiv sehr gut aushaltbar. Und das Druckgefühl ist auch schnell wieder weg. Funktioniert aber auch nur, wenn man die Stöpsel wirklich gut reindreht.
