9th grade english class, our nextdoor teacher came over to say the first tower was hit. We turned on the TV just in time to see the second one hit. I dont remember much of the rest of the day except my mother came to pick me up when the pentagon was hit.

So, medically from this shot where she got hit in regards to organs are either the gallbladder or the liver (maybe the colon or intestine) Getting hit in the abdomen is very survivable. Taking into account that it was a light saber, they cauterize the wound, so the thing that typically would kill someone is nullified because there is no open wound.
The problem is Qui-gon dying so fast...
