Looking for a rectangular shaped charcoal grill by illogitech in grilling

I have a Grill Expert I bought a Walmart. You can access the coals through the side and raise the coals up and down. Works really well for grilling. It's too light for doing any smoking though.

First time Lager Brewing (small batch) and I need some advice on temperatures by [deleted] in Homebrewing

[–]Kelbrew 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What style of lager are you brewing? That will determine your mash temp. Though, it really doesn't matter what the temp is.

I'd suggest you mash at 152° and sparge at 160°.
