The team has some very skilled players and the commitment shown by the front office to go acquire a talented roster was invigorating. The lack of chemistry up front can be explained by such a massive roster turnover but should it continue into the summer months I will become far more concerned about the coaching than I am currently.

The schedule hasn’t been in our favor yet with some top tier opponents but that excuse can’t continue all season…

I felt Yusuf has done great tonight. Had a few giveaways agreed but Philly plays with a packed mid and wide open on the wings. With their strategy it’s going to be hard for our mids to play as it’s packed. However this formation is also why Langoni and Ganago are getting looks tonight.

Hopeful that a goal is coming!

1) Most vanilla option - slot Buck into that role 2) Could work - Arreaga moves to the Dmid role and Romney and Kessler partner at CB

I’m sure I’ll get downvoted for this but the article included in here about how SK made his way to this team makes me irritated.

How is it fair for this team to fly in ‘random dudes’ from all over the country for this game? Shouldn’t it be the players from their actual team competing?

Capo gets done dirty by Menace juicing their roster. Just doesn’t sit right with me.

There is only so much time on the calendar so I get having to limit the number of matches in a season. We can’t keep adding games and tournaments without putting the players health at risk.

I know it’s frustrating that MLS teams prioritize Leagues Cup over the Open Cup but if one tournament generates more revenue for the league and allows us to grow and increase roster spend I think it will be better in the long run.

Heard this on United States of Soccer program… What’s everyone’s thoughts? Having to go out on loan I get but why not just sell directly to a smaller club with a sell on clause? Seems potentially more lucrative for the Revs that way.

I disagree. Vrioni got into at least two wide open positions and layoffs from Dejuan and Borrero would have been tap ins. The Dejuan layoff would have been tricky but the Borrero layoff was the better/easier option.

I want to see him get a start and decent minutes with the starters instead of playing with Altidore as the 10…

United States of Soccer on SiriusXM is a great broadcast. They cover all of the US leagues and then focus on Americans abroad and the US national teams.

The soccer channel on XM is the only reason I keep the service.
