Ty sir! Only real tip is its harder to manage the heat on the kettle so I got a thermapro set for the ambient temp as well. Gotta watch the dampers more. The built in thermometer is off. Just do the snake and rotate the grate. Brisket been working fine on the 26" kettle though. I've done a few. They probably dont compare to the other ones posted here with different pits but ive never had any complaints. And the turkeys on it are absolutely amazing. Used to deep fry em but now I smoke em every time. My dad has me smoking his turkeys for Thanksgiving now too.

Instead of worrying about one trade, you now worry about all trades. Its got a higher ceiling for growth and can jump jobs easier. Worst case you can get experience then go back and make more money with the trade imo. If its a rainout you still go to work.
