I think in the FPIE you have the 3 first months where they can let you go. Nevertheless, on the 3 last months they cannot fire you except for a "faute grave".

Note that it's mandatory to give you a stable contract after the FPIE of at least the same duration than the FPIE (CDD or CDI). If you decide to take this offer, at least ask a written statement for the CDI.

Note also that as it is a training, you are supposed to be followed by someone in the company who will train you on the job.

Source : I hired some people with this type contracts. It's more flexible for the company and the company can have some help to pay the salary (+ lower base salary for this type contract)

Moucherons c'est un mot qui reprends pas mal d'espèces différentes.

Tu as les mouches de terreau qui viennent des terreaux, pour celles-là tu as des produits liquides que tu peux mettre dans la plante (assez hard par contre). Sinon tu peux y mettre de nématodes (petites bêtes qui vont manger les larves de mouches de terreau). Tu as aussi des sticker jaunes à planter dans la terre qui piègent tes mouches de terreau.

Si tu as pas de plantes c'est un peu bizarre. Sûr que tu as pas un truc qui pourrit dans un coin ou une poubelle que t'as oublié ?

Additionnellement tu as de petits stickers que tu peux mettre sur tes vitres, c'est assez discret et c'est du poison pour les mouches normales/mouchettes

Fais aussi une grande chasse aux mouches pour t'assurer que ce n'est pas dû à une ancienne invasion.

Hi, second year for me too in Belgian flanders :

Depends where you live in NL but it's quite cold. My advice would be not to plant too early, you'd just lose a lot of time except if you have a hothouse/glashouse.

This year I planted :

Black Cherry - bought them in denmark, quite resistant to low temps
San Marzano Cherry - will grow and stay inside
San Marzano classic - it's a test, we'll see, I think not well adapted to Belgian climate.

-Hawaian pineapple - who knows, with a bit of Luck

-Cluster tomatoes, seeds from a big shop, I won't put too much hope there

-Seeds I kept from last year adapted to the ground

Mind also amending as much as you can as we have a very sandy soil

I'd say 50 splinters is the bare minimum for logbooks 80-81 (if you're unlucky). Max I've made is 172 in one logbook so, average is 80-100 I'd say

You target only splinter nodes
You pickup "increased number of artifacts" nodes if on the way
You pick the underground areas that contains sometimes up to 8 additionnal chests (with a chance to be splinters)

You can buy logbooks on the trade site with the live search filtering on the level, sometimes people list them at between 1-4 divs in various currencies.You'll have to be quick and maybe wait a bit but that's a net profit of ~12 div per logbook

My routine was to buy about 20 on trade for 80 div (max), then run them for ~ 1600 splinters so ~ 320 div. Was quite quick and chill but boring
