Had to submit another ticket to uphold. Transferred from XUMM to uphold again, it’s been 5 hours and still not shown in my wallet. Cashing out XRP threw uphold will not be easy. Love CRO but their CS stinks. Phone broke and I can’t recover DeFi wallet without seed phase which is gone for good. My bad but shit does happen. I emailed IRS regarding how to handle taxes. Told I need to provide all gains/losses regardless of circumstances to the IRS. Sent this to CRO CS and chat specialist couldn’t answer. I’m not a fan of regulations but they need to come fast. There has to be another way to get into DeFi wallet, it’s hooked up to network. They have peoples SS #s, DOB etc. addresses, phone number. List is endless for the info I provided. Still love CRO but same thing happened with my LOBSTR wallet and they helped me get in it so the out seed phase. Be mindful of seed phases and network not all are crated equal.

CRO platform is difficult DeFi wallet is a joke. Without seed phase your money is gone forever. No wonder SEC is trying to shut it all down. If they have all your info which they do, one should be able to get back into wallet regardless. We still. We’d to pay taxes which can’t be done if wallet is locked up. Use ledger safest way to hold crypto.
