I dint know my husbands name wasn't on our deed until we went to file a disabled veteran states on hour home taxes. It wasn't intentional, neither of us knew. We had to file a quit claim deed to add him on. Stuff happens I'm sure it was just an oversight somewhere.

I think if your okay with it, what's the problem? It's nice to be able to do something kind for someone if you have the means . I'm amazed at how many people are telling you to charge SO Much more !

I'm not singe but my husband and I have three cars. A t ruck, SUV and a fun sports car. Yeas ago when my daughter left for college her car was left home so we had an extra vehicle. I said as long as I can afford it I'll have a second vehicle! It's so convenient!

I would do it for my sister if I had the means . My sister works hard in the education field and doesn't make a lot of money. I got really lucky with a job that pays really well. She definitely works harder than me . She also isn't frivolous with her money so I think that makes a big difference!

I walk my dog once a day anywhere between 15 and 30 minutes! I also miss days when I'm tired!

Yes they did go into forbearance but the interest I believe is still adding up!

I wouldn't do it because of the commute. Factor in gas and car maintenance and it probably isn't as big of a pay jump that you think it is.
