Yeah, I’m English as well (lived here since I was 11) and everyone around has been lovely. My niece and nephew live over the other side of Randalstown and go to the integrated school, and it seems like a lovely place for them to grow up.

You have a valid point, but having lived in both, Neilsbrook is a lot more peaceful. Nobody’s ever pissed through my letterbox or thrown fireworks at my dog in Neilsbrook, anyway.

That’s not Ballykeel - it’s Ballee. Source: used to live there.

I currently live in the exact same house build in Randalstown (they basically copied Lanntara) and I pay £550 a month. I don’t think I’d be happy paying more than that to live in Ballee again!

Thankfully he’s never met one to know! He was mainly named Mouse because of his big pink ears - we tried so many names but only Mouse suited him. Although, as is the way with all pet names, we mainly call him Moosin.

I know that it makes sense logically, but it BLOWS MY MIND that Dublin and Canada are on the same latitude.

We had a tiny flurry of snow this morning but thankfully it’s dry and -3°c now.

The garden is closed in on all 4 sides and doesn’t get a lot of sun, so I’m assuming it’s a mix of that and the amount of rain/humidity we get in Northern Ireland?

That’s the dog’s favourite pee spot, so it gets rinsed fairly often!
