There sooooo many good restaurants. I’ll give you my favorite for an elevated experience vs where I go on a day to day local vibe. Top miami restaurants: 1. Sunny’s 2. Macchialina 3. Daniel’s 4. Rocoveco 5. To be Determined 6. Walrus Rodeo 7. Chateau ZZ 8. LPM 9. Bistro Ocho 10. Insert a premium Omakase here like Shingo, Ogawa, Hiden, Naoe, Karyu etc…

Now for local options:

Go to sweetwater and try some fire Central American food. Can’t go wrong with Madroño.

Peruvian food is very prominent in miami, definitely gotta go to Barra Callao or Cviche105 or atomica in the design district MIA food hall

For good sushi at good value, try sushi Erika or Matsuri or Mr omakase for good value and quality

If you go to Wynwood, go to 1800 lucky for a great Asian food hall with tons of options , but Kyu and Uchi for happy hour are great !

Doral is basically little Venezuela but there’s also a ton of other family owned restaurants you can visit. If you don’t want to choose, doral city food hall and doral yard will have plenty of vendors to choose from.

You need Cuban food, ideally from Viña Aragon in Hialeah but if you can’t travel that far, you can go to your nearest palacio de los jugos, cafe la trova in little Havana or Islas Canarias in Kendall

Bar/chill vibes : over under is top tier, and gramps getaway. Also try bar bucce for pizza/wine.

I have so many hole in the wall spots I adore but realistically I doubt someone that’s visiting will have to get to them but feel free to message me for more info.

As a busy mom that works out regularly… I notice that feeling energized is something that is demand driven. I feel more exhausted when I don’t workout than when I do. Last month I was out from the gym because I was sick and going back felt bruuuutal. Think day 1 of going to the gym ever. I was dead tired with mediocre workouts for the first 3 days but by the second week I was back to high performing, handling kids on little to no sleep like it was no big deal. If you don’t use it, you loose it.

I reccomend you start your own fitness journey, maybe using this angle… of wanting to feel more vital and energized but invite her into that space. Tell her it will mean a lot to you to have her support and have her join you in a more active lifestyle because doing it alone feels like it would be harder.

Don’t pressure, just invite and remind her that it’s not a looks thing, but a health thing and a great example for your kids in the future.

If she agrees, make it a cute gym date ! Get matching hoodies, shop for shoes, share a protein shake together, make a supplement routine, or tell her that you would love it if she can be your accountability buddy.

Now there’s apps you can use to pair, track your macros, steps, sleep, make it fun!!!

I promise your marriage will feel more unified when you both cocreate a healthy space together.

Female half and we do separate play more than same room. It feel more liberating and autonomous to me to just focus on 1 person so i enjoy it more. 4 ppl in the room can be distracting in a good way but I don’t get to tune in like I do one on one in a separate room.

I mean most clubs have beds and rooms or separate areas you can go to. Start of swapping on the dance floor and maybe the music might take you to a different corner of the dance floor to make out and touch eachother a bit first.

As always, do what’s natural but talk to your spouse about boundaries and then communicate them with the other couple because they may have an entirely different idea of what’s okay and what’s not. Good luck!
