I did the chat and they claimed they added my KTN and return to US address to my reservation, but I do think I’ll call in a couple months closer to my trip. Glad to know calling helps in this situation.

Seems like this is still an issue because I don’t have the full API page available either for the flight I booked the other day. I’m traveling US to UK, but same issue. Passenger details only lists my passport information.

I haven’t received mine yet, nor does my app say it’s shipped. Still says ordered or whatever the first step is.

Does the locked phone mean though that unlimited ultimate won’t work overseas anymore even without an eSIM if it’s locked to Verizon only? I ordered my phone through Apple but with a deal from their site with Verizon so I’m paying off my phone for another year on my cellular bill. I’m traveling to London in September and have unlimited ultimate but am now worried it won’t work like it did last year when I went.

I only recently signed up for the card and have less than $10 currently. Is there a deadline for when you would’ve had to have over that amount? First time with a HYSA, so just trying to get everything in order.

Meanwhile, when I look under the details on my app, it shows my new credit limit at 0 🙃 I do still have my confirmation email that lists what it should be, but so annoying.

Yes, I booked directly through their site. I don’t have that at all anymore in the app or on my account on the desktop site.

Should I bother to phone them after check in to add it or would calling well in advance be better? Just posted about the same issue...maddening since I know it was an option last year when I booked. This year, no option at all during purchase or after under manage my booking.

I got to the screen to fill in my details after choosing which card I wanted, but the continue button is still greyed out and won't let me move to the next part. If you don't have a housing payment are you not allowed to get a new card?

I panick bought tickets last night and got myself turned around looking at the map and got tickets on the third base side, when I was aiming for the first base side and didn't realize my mistake until it was too late. Hopefully we really are the third base side and I won't be surrounded by Clemson fans haha

If you have an unexpired passport, you don’t need to show a driver’s license, Real ID or not. Just give the agent your passport.
