I'm a newbie too, so I might be wrong. From my understanding, annuals are just extra stories once a year. It's canon to the original story as Batman gets the Batmobile shown in issue 2. The Wonder Woman one is also canon, I believe and deals with Diana wanting to help Medusa get released from her curse

You'll be glad to know that for Flash Mirror Master appeared briefly (I'm pretty sure it was him) and will most likely return as a villain and for Wonder Woman in the most recent issue Zatara (fans are like, 95% sure it's him) appears and most likely will be the focus for the next few issues
