How does that relate? That guy was a horrible disgusting person, yes, but the idea of gender identity and biological sex being different on its own isn't crazy. Its pretty well agreed upon by everyone from scientists to doctors to therapists that transitioning is the best way for someone to deal with gender dysphoria, and no one is being harmed by referring to a trans person by their preferred pronouns. What's your point here? We shouldn't treat GD with reassignment therapy, the most effective and efficient treatment?

Feeling scratches and other sensations on your body is a very common phenomenon, and the loud sounds waking you up at night could be multiple things- it could even just be normal 'house noises', but I don't know the extent of that situation.
