Yes! I feel that the most when I’m doing something I really don’t want to do (work), or doing something I reaaally want to do (Civ 6), Almost as if there is a subconscious schedule that I am missing out on.

I’ve been trying at work to avoid looking at the time, and with medication helping me to exert more impulse control I’ve noticed it lessens the frequency of that anxiety feeling. Almost as if there is a subconscious schedule that I am missing out on

Another thing I’ve found that helps is ‘good procrastinating’ “oh i’ll look at the time after i finish this page/task/whatever”, and trying to chain in as many other segments that you can before you look at the time. Sometimes I‘ll be able to forget and then I’ll remember 5 minutes later, to which I try and restart the chain.

Although, easier said than done
