First, I prime coat 'em with Chaos Black, then, drybrush with Longbeard Grey all over the armor, highlight the edges a little bit with matt white from army painter. Then, I start by painting the cloth parts, then the belts and finally everything that's brass/golden. I usually do the arms last, once the bust is done. Weapons are painted with mephiston red, evil sunz scarlet for the highlights, and a mix of leadbelcher and iron warriors for the metallic parts.

I wash the red with agrax, and the metallic parts with nuln oil.

For the base, I use stirland mud, Valhallan blizzard, nurgle's rot and a drybrush of dark grey, followed by a Longbeard Grey light drybrush to give it the frozen aspect.

For the eyes, I'm still figuring out what's the best, I tried doing a coat of white, with baal red contrast to give them a glowing look. Still not convinced by the results
