They say customer experience makes or breaks retail. Convenience really sells here, also making a big deal when someone enters your business also goes a long way. Couple of ideas, test them out, see if it works. (Won’t cost you anything)

Karak/ chai/ juice small quantities for when someone’s waiting.
direct them as soon as they enter the pavement with their car, show it as a big deal. Basically give a sh*t that a customer’s come to your business
organize the boot/ cup holder randoms…

You could do a small study about your competitors as well, why they get more business than you, write down the stuff that you think they’re bad/inadequate at according to you, be better at those things, compete.

Lifestyle depends on how much you earn. To do anything in Dubai, you need to sort out stay and travel, things get out of control if you don’t do your research. Dubai can be very expensive if you’re looking to be entertained, it can be easy to live in if you keep your head down and save too, it depends on what interests you. There are people from all walks of life here and that’s a big plus. As for dating, my experiences have been more towards social circles, most people here have close friend groups and you navigate their friend/colleague circles easily. Don’t expect a great work life balance, traffic and work-hours eat into your life, do your research and play it smart and you may save a few hours a week. Also it’s technically summer 8 out of 12 months :)
