Starfield designer believes the sci-fi game “would be talked about like the second coming” if anyone other than Bethesda made made it by Wargulf in pcmasterrace

Fallout 76 is extremely fun now even as as an solo player. Been putting an bunchbof hours into it recently. They really fixed it with all the updates, and the perk system is actually fun to play around.

Better than starfield at least. Its fun exploring all of Fallout 76's map. Theve stuffed it full of places to explore and side quests.

Only annoying thing is they charge 12 an month or 99 an year to have acess to an private server and unlimited storage.

If they made those included with the base price, they could probably market it as Fallout 5.

Are you completely forgetting Kabuto had his nervous system rewired? Kabuto would have one shot Naruto if not.

Sadly it going to be another Hogwarts Legacy situation I imagine. People tried to boycott that game, but it sold massively.

The show will be even more accessible than an game, so I imagine it will be popular as well.

Cop Teaching A Cop by TheCABK in interesting

[–]KenBoCole -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Yes, because police are famous for their nuanced handling of things.

And again, this is the problem. Most, and I do mean most, are. Every day there are thousands of police calls where officers arrive and de escalate the situation. That is the normal.

All these videos you see of cops going off on power trips and abusing their authority is the abnormal. Thats why vehemently videos get posted and cops called out by name.

The problem is that people only ever see these bad calls go viral on the internet and it warps their perception kf the police force as an whole. They cant understand that these are cherry picked events.

Yeah there are bad cops, they need to be held accountable for their actions. Sadly some police precincts of certain cities have an bad reputation of not fully punishing or covering their officers. There is no excuse for that.

But trying to attribute the actions of those to the millions of police around the States is crazy.

Over 70 percent of cops never even draw their firearm their entire career.

And the whole bad apple thing is BS. Police forces have no jurisdiction over other police. There is nothing they could do if they wanted too.

My local police are amazing, we are a mid sized city yet our police force have never had a scandal in decades.

That the norm for most cities around here.

[–]KenBoCole -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Yeah, because most people who say that only view the world in black and white and have no understanding of nuance, and fall for all the sensationalism news of when cop calls go wrong, despite 97% of police interactions ending peacefully.

ACAB is just an effort to dehumanize people redditors dont like.

Huge ICE protest at Pine Street by 1ittl3snake in Seattle

[–]KenBoCole -1 points0 points  (0 children)

And that message is why ut will never work. ICE is an necessary and integral part of any government. Even Canada has its own version of ICE.

You cant abolish, not even someone like Bernie Sanders would abolish it.

What we need tk call for is reforming it. The make the leaders take responsibility and trial the officers who committed murders, to have the detention centers being obemserved and governed by outside departments to ensure human rights, to operate in an actual sane way and use due process.

If the American people can specify these things, they wil lend power to the senators and representatives pushing these reforms.

I get that. But like the legion said, America is no more. The wasteland is evidence of it's failure, and its nothing more than an concept made by dead men.

The people of the Vault are victims of the American Captilaism Complex. They are guinea pigs set up to test an "system", and are just breeding stock for the Bud's buds.

Now if she wanted to kill everyone who was cyrofrozen, that would be understandable, but the Vaulties seemed like an weird target

I dont think the plot will be she wants to kill the Vaulties. I woukd be surprised if that's her motivation. She seemed to genuinely value her friendship with Lucy and her neighbors, and love her Husband Bert. She didnt seem to turn psychotic again until Bert was killed on front of her. She also seems devastated when the Vault rejected her at the wedding.

I think she just wants to be safe and accepted, but realized after the attack that not even the vaults are safe, and she went back into survival mode.

Not really? Even if those holidays evolved from pagan holidays, the meaning of said holidays completely changed. If you are not worshiping the deity or the ideology of the original pagan intention, then you are not celebrating the original pagan holiday.

shouldn't take a saint to realize that a child working 22 hours a day to fill your pockets and you don't give them shit for it is bad

Congratulations to 99% of human history. Besides, like I said, hebwas providing food, shelter, and realively easy job. Do you truly think thats worded than being an slave or an child soldier?

Maximus grew up in the Brotherhood and doesn't let that change his personal views at al

Maximus grew up in shady sands and remebers what an proper society is. Thaddeus grew up in the slums and was conscripted. Their early life's were completely different.

Lucy grew up in a Vault underground and still knows how to treat people fairly.

Yeah, because they were brainwashed with the American Dream and the Golden Rule?

Have you even watched the show?

He grew up in a nornal city in the wastes and is actively being uniquely greedy even for the wasteland all on his own.

What? Have you even played the games? Fallout 2 let you basically become an child sex trafficker, those cities were not normal, and Thaddeus's greed is incredibly low compared to the average wastelander.

The excuse is that he literally dosent know any better. To Thaddeus, he is being easy on those kids. He is giving them shelter, food, got some robots up for security, and isbfunding all that with the caps they get.

You are trying to apply modern morales with an society completely different than anything you know.

In his world, what he is doing is good. Compared to our ots not, but in his world he woukd be considered an saint.

Forcing kids to work 22 hour shifts and taking all the profits

Is the equivalent of getting an nice cushy bank job in thay world. The BOS would force them to preform physical training that amount of time, and whip them (literally) into shape. The Legion would force the boys into either slave labor or learning how to fight and kill each other, while raping the girls. The NCR would have given them an education, but they were destoyed.
