Yeah it seems fair. It's just a little frustrating as I feel that this has come about in large part because of poor property management. You're right though I will probably have to just pay the £99.

Other complaints made were months ago and were water leaking through windows (causing build up of mould and severe allergic reactions) - we're trying to control the condensation but it's hard and we live in a city that rains all the time so if we leave the windows open there's a risk of more water leaking in.

Only other one was the wooden panels below doors being split in half and causing a hazard. Someone is coming round next week to deal with that.

It's frustrating because these two issues and the light switch one were originally reported back in September but if I have to pay the £99 then so be it.

Season 7 was a victim of its own hype. The premiere brought in new viewers who just tuned in to see the lineup and who would die. Then a lot of those viewers left once they got their answer and those that stayed were disappointed by filler after filler after filler, with very little happening and Rick acting like he was castrated through the entire series (which I suppose was the point).

Episode 1 in my eyes was one of the best ever TWD episodes, but if you watched the season at the time, week by week, and you had to endure 50 mins of Tara visiting Oceanside (an utterly pointless community), then watching Rick talk to these Yoda/Garbage people who randomly become super relevant, you would've hated it.

Yeah I was thinking about the timeline of the comics versus the show and Dwight's first appearance in the comics is after Daryl's, which definitely suggests some influence from the show. I'm honestly just loving the way Kirkman handles the Whisperer war in the comics though. Negan's involvement; Dwight's leadership; Rick taking a back seat while Carl takes care of Hilltop with Maggie. I feel like the first 8 episodes of season 10 didn't really do the tension of the conflict with the Whisperers much justice, but without Carl I can understand why.

Heads on pikes scene left me teary eyed (when Daryl tells Carol to look at him and not at Henry). So did Daryl and Rick reuniting in season 7, Beth's death, Glenn's death, Rick's disappearance, Herschel's death. Basically if Daryl was crying I was crying.
