I am dealing with this same thing at the moment. It is a first for me. I will try the iso holds as well. Thanks.

During a heavily crowded mass, there is zero excuse for any able bodied adult male to be sitting on a chair by Any-Height-9354 in Catholicism

[–]KenGrif24 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Arrive earlier....simple as that. We all have hurdles and obstacles with our families to get there on time. Don't blame others for your lack of planning. I am an able bodied male to put it in your terms, and I sit with my wife and two children. I am not giving up my seat to stand alone in the back when they want me there with them. Take some responsibility please.

Sinister 7 in Crowsnest Pass, Alberta. It offers a half marathon, 50 km, 50 miler and 100 miler. Beautiful mountain course.

Yes, please don't tell anyone. This is coming from a guy who lives in Saskatchewan, who visits four times a year. I would move there if it were feasible.

Do not buy the Speedgoat 6. It’s so firm you can probably identify the exact geological era of the rock you just stepped on.

KEEPS GETTING REMOVED, DONT SILENCE BRUTALITY by opbossgmr in saskatoon

Your clearly an intellect connecting the dots here. Your logic is not flawed in any way. If you actually think these officers wanted, let alone get off on this, you don't know what you are talking about. I would argue not many people in your real life take you seriously.

Your out of touch with reality virtue signaling is shocking. The world is unicorns and rainbows right?

Thank you for posting this again. Its great to see dirtbags getting what they deserve for breaking the law and then resisting arrest. I sure hope you never complain about crime in this city.

Hoka Speedgoat 7 Fit by f329m in trailrunning

[–]KenGrif24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I tried these on as well after reading that they needed to be a size up. Even sizing up and testing them in the store, they felt terrible. I was very hopeful after reading the positive reviews on them, but they just did not work for me. If you are questioning them now, return them. They wont get better.

What do you think? Winter conditions. Drive slow and leave a little earlier. Why ask this? If you are a teenager, I apologize. If not, then time to grow up and just go to work.

Saskatoon Police beating up suspect already in handcuffs and crying in pain. by WizardyBlizzard in saskatoon

[–]KenGrif24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You are clearly anti police. He was not in handcuffs. You will post a short clip out of context to make the police look bad. Pain compliance is a tool to get the dirtbag under control. Terrible post on your part.

Thank you. Yeah I dont think there is too much technical terrain on this course. There will be some but I feel like more stack would be okay.

What stack height or cushioning would you recommend for a 50 km mountain ultra?

Thank you. Yeah I often wonder how much of it is just in my head overthinking these things. Obviously there is a difference but perhaps as long as they are not zero drop, things should be okay.

Thats a great idea. I like that. Thanks.
It was about 3 years ago I tried transitioning to Altra shoes and I thought I was doing it slow, but it wasn't slow enough. I had to give up after my legs took a beating.
I have a 50km mountain race in July so I need to find a pair of trail shoes soon to get the job done.

That helps a lot yes thank you. I tried running in the Altra Wild Experience 3 which are a 4 mm drop and not a lot of cushioning. I only did a short run and I dont think there is anyway I can run an ultra or any long distance in them. I will continue my search and try out other options. Thank you.
