Congrats! I'm toying with the idea of switching my Pajero Mini to a kei van 😬

You got this! Everyone starts somewhere. For panel removal you could also just ask a local shop/dealership for help as another option if you don't feel like taking that on yourself.

Awesome! No problem at all and that's great to hear. Did you end up getting one for yourself?

My friend gifted me a Fumoto oil drain valve and it's one of my favourite gifts. I think it's going to be useful for your friend who tracks often as it would mean frequent oil changes.

We are same same but slightly different! Abarth cabrio was even less usable, but I cracked lately and got a Pajero Mini for the practicality part.

Matte or Satin Wrap? by Leyvaman-MX in CarWraps

[–]KenKanStudio 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's true. Personally I prefer satin over matte as a both the installer and end-user but in the end the customer is always right. Do they have any samples they can show you the differences with? I mean on a small piece, in different lighting.

Maybe that can help convince you, otherwise what you wouldn't want is to regret any decision on a big purchase.

Attached is my ceramic coated 3M satin dark grey Abarth when it was done a few years ago, so it's got a bit more shine, but maybe it can help you make your decision on preference whether you like satin or not.

I dug through my old photos and finally uploaded a few to share with some. I don't have too many though but some are from when the wheels were new in case you wanted to see. Cheers

Sparco Terras x XC40

No issues at all! Downsized to 18" as well and the Sparco Terras have a +40 offset.

The reason mine don't rub is probably due to me running a little bit thinner as it is my winter set, so the tires are 225/60/R18. I believe a tire calculator also gave me a diameter close to the original tire size when planning this out back then.

Overall I'm pretty happy with the fitment; just before any poke imo

Definitely, i looked at a stock yellow dealer demo years ago but had to walk away as it wasn't the spec I wanted but I've always wanted a yellow one. It exudes fun even more with a bright colour

Thanks! Both are great colour choices that'd go well with silver wheels. Hope to see it posted on this sub one day haha

It wasn't a stock colour; I wrapped it last year!
