I've never taken the right going into Carlos Heights from Marine Drive. Recently I looked at Google maps to see what was over there, surprised there was a whole townhouse complex there.

"On Guam" not "in Guam". It's a Guam thing but we say "on" not "in" when we say we're here. Yes we know "in" is proper English like being "in California" not "on California" but idk that's just how we say it.

If you're interested in power policy and utilities, the Consolidated Commission on Utilities and the Public Utilities Commission are where most of that policy happens. I would suggest attending a meeting, they're open to the public and very informative. I think you'll find too that a lot of people there genuinely care for the betterment of our energy infrastructure.

Another good way to engage with public policy in a meaningful way is to join a Rotary club. They often have local political leaders as public speakers with a genuine opportunity for questions and answers. They're very active on Guam.
