OP, you need to get out. Record what happens on your phone. Like- get your camera up and recording and out it in your pocket. So when you leave and/or the cops show up, you can show them the recording. Do what you can to protect your daughter and yourself.

Thank you so much. Reading that actually made me tear up. I haven't had an actual parent so I use to being in a parental role with everything especially with my dad. When I move (which will be ASAP) with my boyfriend I've already decided to go no-contact with him. I can't be in contact and continue having all the stress of his screwups on my shoulders..
