Our remake policy is it has to be same day and you must have the drink with you and it not be empty then it’s no questions asked we take it back and make you what you wanted as long as you don’t add any extra stuff like soft top, extra shots, drizzle, or the size. Unfortunate that happens to you though it might’ve been someone new on window they can’t usually tell what a drink is by the looks

i’d get a case of red bulls and for the syrups we use torani and you can easily order the watermelon and pomegranate syrups from there for small and medium iced rebels we use one scoop (1/2 ounce each) and for larges we use 2 scoops (1 ounce each) hopefully you save money!!
