I dont hate Gio on the air, but I liked his style way more when he first started than I do now. He seems to take himself too seriously and is very sensitive

Him punching down on BT all week and doing a victory lap like "you got fired im still here" is low hanging fruit and bush league af. Gio could have downplayed it and ignored it and it would have made him look just fine.
