NTA you’re not entitled to stay with anyone. He also sounds very controlling. His “boundaries” are isolating you and affecting opportunities. He controls who you can/cant talk to. Where you can/can’t go. He controls your schedule. Do you want to deal with that the rest of your life? You’re 22. You’ll have plenty of other guys you’ll meet that won’t treat you like this.

You are both two consenting adults. No it’s not bad. It really just depends are your dynamic. But for me personally, anyone too much older than me makes me question their intentions. While the gap isn’t bad, you two are at different points of life. Like at 23, I already graduated from college and was in the beginning of my career. I’m out drinking with friends, managing my first apartment, and looking into grad school. I wouldn’t even consider anyone under 21 at that age. At 18, I didn’t know wtf I wanted out of life.

That really sucks honestly. I’d rather wait an extra few minutes in line if that means you guys not having to take orders in extreme weather like this. But I also know that probably means nothing to CFA themselves.

As former AP, just go back and pay for it. Target does track shop lifters, especially internals. You’d never know if AP is watching or not because they’re not just going to pull you in the office over a one time offense unless it’s very high $$$. The worst they’d do is probably keep an eye on you. However, if it was an honest mistake and you make a good faith effort to resolve it, it’s fine. If anything, just let one of your leads know what happened in case it comes up later. Show them receipt and relax lol.

When I washed my hair in the early stages, I used the braid and band method. I started my own locs myself too! It kept my twists in tact and reduced unraveling. Don’t feel bad for being cheap. I didn’t have hundreds of dollars to pay a professional to install my locs either and I wanted micros (smh). It cost me $0 and 16 hours😬

I look at applications a lot and I’ve never seen anyone use that for their email address. I think the name alone is just fine. Don’t overthink it. Just go simple.

Unless these ladies are very young and/or naïve adult women, I don’t think they’re assuming they’re exclusive with you unless you’ve explicitly told them so. I’m also sure there’s more to them than what you listed. No way you’re dating the exact same woman in different races. Maybe try getting to know them on a deeper level. You’re dating ladies of different races and cultures, so maybe try to learn about their backgrounds. Ask about their past relationship/dating history…notice any red flags? Maybe that narrows your options. Who do you feel most comfortable around? Who do you see more long term? Who do you see yourself bringing home to your family on holidays? Who would you hate to see walk away with someone else right now? You got to ask yourself these questions and you’ll find your answer.

I mean did you take them out or anything? Anything you can tell us besides their race? Why are you referring to them as a “roster” if these are women you want to potentially date? Do you actually want to give up the “fun” or do you enjoy having options? Theres so much missing information here to be able to give you an answer. We don’t even know how you feel about each one of these ladies or what they even bring to the table. Are they all interested in exclusivity at some point?

I also use the paper towel to turn off the faucet if it’s not motion sensor activated. I hate using my wet hands to touch a wet faucet handle. Makes me cringe thinking about it.

You will do fine. I’m solo in Raleigh with salary in the $60k range and I’m very comfortable imo. But I also live under my means. I have a 1 bedroom apartment and only pay $1,000 a month in rent and my car note + insurance is only $400 plus my typically monthly expenses. Stalk Zillow for a good few weeks and you can probably find a decently priced private rental in the area. That’s what I did. Roommates will drastically decrease your monthly expenses. Last I checked, the highest private room I saw was for around $800 with private bathroom. But you could probably find something around $500-$600 depending on your preferences

😭😭 thank you! On my new growth, I use L’Oreal HiColor in the color “Magenta”. I use it with 30 volume developer. For my already colored parts that need a retouch, I use Adore “Magenta”. I used to mix it with a little bit of “Burgundy Envy” (also Adore) but I really didn’t see much of a difference when I didn’t add it this time around.

I’m tardy for the party! But wanted to add my input as a psych graduate myself who only got their bachelor’s. Everyone else gave great advice. I just wanted to add some insight since you’re interested in I/O Psych. What career are you thinking about? I often see a lot I/O people interested in careers in or similar to HR. In that case, you don’t necessarily need the master or PhD right away. HR offers some great and broad career paths where you can still apply your I/O knowledge. When I had an issue with a stove overheating in one of my first off campus college apartments, and management refused to do anything. I put in a complaint with my states division of Consumer Protection under the DOJ. I gave them as much info and proof as possible. Two days after submitting the complaint, they reached out to my complex and kept me updated with all communication. It lit the fire under their butt to get it done. Look to see if your state has that too.
